Organizational Development

About the Program

Organizational Development Workshops

Strong organizations don’t happen by accident—they are built through intentional, collective leadership, healthy systems, and a shared commitment to growth.

Amplify’s Organizational Development Workshops support domestic and sexual violence organizations in strengthening their internal practices, collective leadership culture, and team dynamics. Through facilitated, interactive sessions, teams build the skills, clarity, and alignment needed to sustain their work and deepen their impact.

These workshops are grounded in the realities of movement work and are designed to support organizations navigating growth, change, or complex internal challenges.
