Policy & Advocacy Manager
Are you a skilled advocate, ready to advance the movement to end gender-based violence? The Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence is seeking a Policy and Advocacy Manager to help drive systems change through public policy and advocacy.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, project manager, and relationship-builder. Whether you’re researching legislation, facilitating an advocacy training, or meeting with lawmakers – you’re ready to elevate survivors’ voices and advance meaningful policy change.

Minimum of 2-3 years advocacy, policy, and/or campaigns experience.

Director of Data Programs & Quality
Do you love data, details and telling a story of impact through numbers? Are you interested in leveraging your skills and experience to support a violence-free Vermont?
The Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence is seeking data systems and analysis expert who wants to be a part of the movement to end gender-based violence to be our Director of Data Programs and Quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in data management and reporting, great administrative and analytical skills, fluency in Excel, willingness and ability to learn new databases, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative team setting.
