Leadership Fellowship

About the Program

Leadership Fellowship

Strong, collective leadership in the movement to end domestic and sexual violence is essential — but how do you leverage your own unique identity, lived experience, and skillset to lead with clarity, care, and impact?

In this nine-month fellowship, you’ll explore both practical and emotional leadership tools to help sustain your work. Fellows learn within a supportive community of peers from across the country and US territories, strengthening your leadership practice while building lasting relationships.

The 2026 Leadership Fellowship takes place from October 2026 to June 2027. Applications to join the 2026 cohort are due on April 27, 2026.

Who is this program for?

The Leadership Fellowship is designed for professionals who manage staff and/or programs and want to grow their leadership skills.

If your work centers on preventing or responding to domestic and sexual violence, this program is for you.

Please note that this program is not intended for someone with the highest level of positional leadership in an organization, like an Executive Director.

Why apply?

What you’ll learn
