Molly Milliken

Molly first started working with the DIVAS program in January of 2020 as an MSW field intern. She found herself continually inspired and motivated by the vicarious resilience she experiences with her clients that she couldn’t imagine working anywhere else. Now in the role of DIVAS Coordinator, Molly spends her days in the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility supporting incarcerated survivors of trauma and violence. She is proud of the curiosity and openness she brings with her each day that enables her to learn amazing new things from her clients. Molly feels most herself and grounded when she is with her horses and her ideal day includes early morning coffee with her partner before heading off to the barn to ride.
