Jamie Carroll

In her role as the Director of Administration and Grants, Jamie invites efficiency into our daily practices and purpose.  A streamliner by nature, she implements, organizes, and strategizes the daily efforts of the Network so that we can meet our purpose in a sustainable manner.  Intuitive and empathetic, Jamie strives to make our day to day work thoughtful and human centered. She believes challenges are more navigable when approached with optimism and levity. As a survivor of sexual violence, Jamie is driven to use her talents to support the healing and resiliency of other survivors. Originally from the Bronx, Jamie is grateful to call Vermont home and enjoys both rewilding in nature and making dents in her book piles. Her dream day would be with her husband, exploring a place she’s never been, hearing folks speak a language she doesn’t yet understand, tasting food she hasn’t eaten before, and learning about traditions not her own.
