Charlie Gliserman

As Director of Policy at the Vermont Network, Charlie advocates for policies that uproot the causes of violence and support the well-being of survivors, their families, and their communities.

Charlie has worked in social justice-centered policy, advocacy, and organizing since 2014. In 2022, she proudly led one of the largest field organizing programs in Vermont history with Becca Balint for U.S. Congress. She is committed to bringing the voices of Vermont community members into rooms where decisions are made.

Charlie cherishes time outdoors, meals with loved ones, coffee, non-fiction reading, and cardio. She lives in Burlington with her partner and two rambunctious cats.
