• Creates a Bill of Rights for sexual assault survivors
• Updates the emergency relief from abuse statute
• Eliminates the Statute of Limitations on Sexual Assault
• Protects the Rape Victim’s Right to Child Custody
• Updates in statute the misdemeanor crime of sexual violence
